Girlguiding Mount Ephraim Division is made up of Shadwell District encompassing the villages of Groombridge, Langton Green, Rusthall and Speldhurst, and Victoria District which covers Bidborough, High Brooms, Southborough, St John’s and Rosehill. There are 31 units with 522 Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Senior Section and 145 volunteers helping to run these units.

Girlguiding Mount Ephraim Division is a very active Division, which regularly arranges exciting activities for all Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Senior Section within the Division. During the Guide Centenary year a fantastic Fun Day was held in Groombridge for all members of Guiding within the Division and many invited guests. For the Brownie Centenary we held Brownie Activity Day at Rosehill and recently Senior Section members celebrated their Centenary in Hastings. Every few years we hold a World Thinking Day celebration.
Annually we celebrate Leaders and all volunteers commitment to Guiding and award long service to those who have achieved 5, 10, 20, 30 and even 40 years service to Guiding.
Leaders within the Division are also well supported with first aid refresher courses, regular training's on our membership database, gift aid, accounts, special educational needs, risk assessments and anything else they require. Young leaders also have regular successful training's and new leaders are supported and mentored.
We also support the many girls in our Division who successfully apply for International trips.
