A group of Kent Weald Leaders gathered at Paxwood in November for an informal couple of days to learn and share skills, crafts and activities to take back to units whilst having fun (and some very nice food provided by Hilary) along the way.
There were many different crafts to try, with even more ideas to take away. Much chatting took place while everyone worked on their chosen items. Saturday ended in true Guiding fashion with an indoor camp fire and on Sunday morning, it was nice to get out and about around the site for geocaching. In between these activities, everyone completed the Paxwood 60th Birthday Challenge – everyone loves a badge!
Thanks to Daphne for organising.
